The Department of Computer Science and Engineer caters to the ever changing needs and demands of IT industry. Computer Science serving as the foundation for various technological advancements has grown by leaps and bounds. The primary goal of department of CSE is to provide best IT infrastructure, world class learning & research environment, adopt industry practices through industry collaborations and inculcate moral and ethical values. To evolve as a Centre of Excellence in learning and consultancy and to meet the needs of the Industry the department offers skill development courses starting from induction. The training is focused on latest technologies in evolving students as full stack developers. Special focus is given on merging areas as data science, artificial intelligence etc.
The Department of Electronics and Communication is one of the first constituents of this college. From the very inception, this department has established itself as an efficient, self-reliant and quality conscious entity with the sole aim of producing the most energetic, enthusiastic and professionally competent Electronic Engineers with ability to take up the challenges posed to them. On research the department to educate students with state of art technologies to meet the growing challenges of the industry, is introducing integrated courses along with Anna University curriculum focusing on Machine Learning, IOT, embedded systems for better research and employment prospects.
