Nurturing Next Generation – Motivation Program for the Budding Engineers at Quannta School of Software Engineering

On the 10^th of February 2023 the budding Engineers and the Sculptures of Quannta School of Software Engineering, wellknown for its academic excellence and state of an infrastructure for Computer Software Engineering Courses delivers exceptional brilliance in Computer Science Engineering as well as in Communication Engineering.The institute organized a series of motivational talk towards Nurturing Next Generation, with the aim of sculpting the budding engineers how to balance the studies with par to the technology development and developing competency and self-belief by the eminent motivational speaker Mr. Ragunath.The day kicked off with the aspiring speech of Dr. K. Indira., Principal of Quannta School of Software Engineering welcomed the participants.The students were thunderstruck by the brain storming and interactive morning session. The speakerbriefed the importance of load balancing in education and also the role of value education in making the dream of youth come true.The Quannta School of Software Engineeringis a part of E.S Educational Group,which is one of the premier institute for advanced software engineering courses serving as one of the best colleges for software engineering in Villupuram District over 50+years had organized the grandeur event in order to lay a way of success. Theafternoon session started with the enlightened speech by chairman Er. Selvamanu.S on the Role of young engineers in making the country a super power. The students of Computer Science and Engineering as well as Electronics and Communication Engineering department steal the day by their speech on the takeaways of the program.Various Ice-Breaking activities were performed by the Electronics and Communication Engineering and Computer Science Engineeringstudents of Quannta School of Software Engineering.
